Vacation Rentals A vacation rental can be a great choice when you are looking for a place with a little more privacy and freedom. The city of Cancun has tons of vacation rentals available in many different locations. The options include 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. You can choose vacation rentals that are on the beach, in the city or even near local Mayan ruins. Many vacation rentals include air conditioning, washer, dryer, dish washer, refrigerator, internet access, local telephone and more. This gives you a nice "at home" kind of feeling and ensures that you are 100% happy with your home away from home. Multiple bedrooms also allows larger groups to stay together so if you are coming to visit with 10 or more friends then you will probably save money with a vacation rental instead of 3 or more hotel rooms. Many vacation rentals and condos in Cancun require at least a 7 night rental as well as a deposit. Maid service is sometimes provided in the cost but if it is not it can almost always be purchased separately. Prices for units tend to be significantly higher during the peak months as compared to the slow months. The cheapest times are usually from September through mid December. The most expensive times are usually over New Years and Christmas. |
